Contributor submission information may include artist submissions, story submissions, event submissions, uploaded media, moderation history, publishing metadata, contributor consent records, timestamps, and other information provided through submission forms.

Technical information may include IP address, browser and device information, session and authentication information, cookies or similar technologies, operational logs, security events, and diagnostic information needed to operate and protect the platform.

We use information to operate the site, authenticate users, receive and review submissions, moderate content, manage contributor accounts, support editorial workflows, create approved Sanity drafts, maintain security, prevent abuse, communicate with users, and improve platform reliability.

Submission information may be used for editorial review, fact-checking, publication planning, moderation decisions, archival records, audit logs, and communication about submitted content.

World Star Dominican uses cookies and session technologies for authentication, account access, security, redirect handling, and core site functionality.

The platform may introduce future advertising, future analytics, and future sponsorship opportunities. If additional tracking, advertising, or analytics systems are introduced, we will update this policy as appropriate and avoid falsely representing those systems before they exist.

World Star Dominican relies on third-party providers to operate the platform, including Hostinger for hosting, Supabase for authentication, database, and storage services, and Sanity for editorial content management.

These providers may process information according to their own security, privacy, and data processing practices. We choose providers to support platform operation, security, and editorial workflows.

Contributor submissions are not automatically public. Submissions may be reviewed by authorized editors or administrators and may later become public editorial content if approved and prepared for publication.

Uploaded media and submission metadata may be visible inside protected editorial, moderation, or publishing tools to support review and platform operations.

Contributors retain ownership of content they own, subject to the license and permissions granted to World Star Dominican through the submission process and Terms of Service.

Submission records may preserve consent, source, moderation, and publishing metadata so the platform can document how content entered the editorial workflow.

We may retain account records, submissions, uploaded media, moderation history, publishing metadata, consent records, logs, and related operational information for as long as reasonably needed for platform operation, editorial integrity, legal compliance, dispute resolution, security, and archival purposes.

Rejected, removed, archived, or unpublished content may still be retained internally where reasonably necessary for moderation, security, legal, or audit purposes.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect accounts, submissions, uploaded media, and editorial systems.

No system guarantees absolute security. Users are responsible for maintaining access to their email accounts and should notify us if they believe their account or submitted content has been misused.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or other action regarding your personal information.

Privacy requests can be sent to privacy@worldstardominican.com. We may need to verify your identity and account relationship before acting on a request.

World Star Dominican is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact privacy@worldstardominican.com so we can review the issue.

World Star Dominican may process information in the United States and other locations where our providers, systems, contributors, editors, or service partners operate.

By using the platform, you understand that information may be processed outside your country or region.

World Star Dominican may expand to future websites, future mobile apps, future streaming systems, future editorial systems, contributor tools, sponsorship features, newsletters, analytics, and other services.

Future systems may collect or process additional information when launched. We will update this policy when material privacy practices change.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with changes effective when published unless otherwise stated.

Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the updated policy to the extent permitted by law.
